Leading Change in the Era of AI
Bill Kirst A&S '00
In a world where artificial intelligence is reshaping industries, redefining relationships, and challenging the very fabric of human existence, Leading Change in the Era of AI offers an essential guide for navigating this epochal transformation. This book is not merely about technology; it is a profound exploration of humanity—how we think, adapt, and ultimately thrive amidst seismic shifts in how we live and work.
Through a compelling mix of storytelling, expert insights, and thought-provoking analysis, this book delves into the paradoxes of AI. From confronting our feelings of inadequacy to the unlearning required to embrace profound change, it underscores how leading effectively in this era begins with a deeper understanding of ourselves and our collective humanity. It challenges readers to sit with more questions than answers, encouraging curiosity and taking courage into an age of rapid evolution.
