Dr. Clara Fangfang Ma Ed '17, '23

Dr. Clara Fangfang Ma serves as a Research Fellow and Affiliated Professor at the Whiting School of Engineering and Carey Business School, as well as the Founder of Inception Consulting. Her teaching in Business Communication, Business Leadership and Human Value, and Strategic Human Capital is deeply informed by her research, which is primarily focused on the empowerment of early career immigrants, especially through the application of Generative AI. In her role as a global leadership researcher and entrepreneur, Dr. Ma is committed to advocating for inclusive and positive workplace cultures in the realm of global business.
