Dolly Michira is a bubbly Kenyan from Nakuru with unending joy for life and a deep love for God, music, and travel. Family caregiving is a topic that is near and dear to Dolly's heart. Having cared for a family member for ~6 years, educating and empowering family caregivers with the right capabilities and information to sustain them during their journey while safeguarding their mental health became her NorthStar. This led Dolly to pursue a dual MPH/MBA degree at Johns Hopkins University. Before that, she had enjoyed a challenging yet rewarding 6-year career in Management Consulting. Four and a half of those at McKinsey & Company Nairobi's office and one and a half as an Independent Consultant. Her job involved working with key private and public sector leaders at the highest levels in Sub-Saharan Africa across various sectors, from financial services to aviation, infrastructure, and global health
