Dr. Candace Steele Flippin Dr. Candace Steele Flippin is the founder of the Global Career Advancement Institute, a center dedicated to helping individuals and organizations elevate their futures. A seasoned communications executive in healthcare, financial services, and industrial technology, she combines corporate expertise with academic research to advance leadership development and workplace engagement.
A bestselling author, Dr. Steele Flippin wrote Generation Z in the Workplace and Millennials in the Workplace. She created the SHAPE Career Accelerator program, a transformative framework based on her research in Get Your Career in SHAPE, inspired by her TEDx Talk, What Women Really Want… at Work. Her writing and speaking engagements focus on career empowerment, addressing challenges in multigenerational workplaces, and fostering leadership development for women.
Dr. Steele Flippin leads leadership residencies for business professionals and graduate students at Johns Hopkins University and serves on the Advisory Board of CulTRUE, an organizational culture solutions company. A sought-after speaker and media commentator, she provides actionable insights on navigating today’s evolving workforce dynamics.
She earned her Doctor of Management from Case Western Reserve University, an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, and a BA from the University of Michigan.
