Kimberly Chow Nurs '21

Kimberly Chow, DNP, MBA, RN, is the VP of Clinical Operations and Clinical Care for Lightyear Health. She was a member of Johns Hopkins University's 2021 inaugural executive DNP and MBA class. A palliative care nurse practitioner, educator and leader, Kimberly has over 17 years of experience working alongside the oncology and geriatric populations. More than 9 of those years have been in leadership positions where she created program policies, procedures and operational workflows while overseeing the clinical training and professional development of nurses and advanced practice providers.

Kimberly's commitment to healthcare innovation and improving care delivery systems is strongly influenced by the caregivers that surround her every day. Professionally, these are the patients, families, nurses and healthcare workers who care selflessly for others. Personally, as a granddaughter, daughter, wife and mother, she has experienced firsthand how unconditional care and support is passed along generations. Caring for the caregiver is essential and Kimberly is excited to join the conversation at the Women of Hopkins Conference.
